Here was today's training...Short and Sweet
Warm up: Deadlifts 135x3 145x3 155x2 165x1 (not too happy about this...it will come)
Jerks w/12kg (8rpm) 4 min x 3
Snatches w/12kg (no pacing) x 3
And I just came back from a 3 mile run. I know I shouldn't have, but it is 80 degrees outside...couldn't help myself!
